Unrect provides browser-based vector and raster graphics tools designed for individual creators, designers, and developers.

2. Use of Service & Free License

Unrect is provided to users free of charge. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, commercial, educational, or professional creative work in accordance with these Terms.

You may use Unrect to create, export, and publish graphics for commercial projects.
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the platform's core infrastructure for malicious intent.
You may not use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized activity.

3. User Content & Ownership

You retain 100% full ownership of all assets, vector shapes, images, graphics, and project files (.unrect) created or uploaded by you through the Service. Unrect claims no ownership or copyright over your content.

4. Browser-First Architecture

Unrect operates on a browser-native, local-first processing architecture. Your vector nodes, render state, and canvas assets are processed directly on your local device hardware. You are responsible for exporting and saving your project files.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Unrect does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free of bugs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unrect and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of Unrect after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
